For Middle Management: The BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Management
For the more experienced or middle manager the BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Management offers four one-day workshops covering a wide range of management skills, techniques and concepts in a professional but relaxed environment and coupled with work based assignments, coaching and feedback.
In addition to two core modules on the key principles of leadership and management, and managing your professional development delegates choose two further optional units from a choice of eleven. These include coaching, project management, developing working relationships, finance and budgeting and managing organisational change.
Spending time honing existing skills, learning new ones or recognising what you are already doing well is a real investment in yourself and has an impact on the performance of your team and organisation. The participative style of the programme means that delegates learn from each other, reflect on their own practice and expand their networks.
Course fee: £1,200 + VAT. Including BTEC certification and registration
However, if you qualify for government funding through our Skills Funding Agency contract you may well be able to access the BTEC Level 3 adult apprenticeship in management, which includes the BTEC certificate in team leading, functional skills and short modules in employment law and reflective learning. We are happy to discuss this option with you for participants who do not already hold a degree or Level 4 qualification.
