ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management
Introduction?
Our Level 3 Certificate programme is designed for new and existing managers and team leaders and offers a comprehensive yet concise training programme leading to a nationally recognised professional qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management. The programme is designed to be achievable within a busy management role, with a series of workshops to give delegates access to current management thinking and practice in a practical and engaging way.
What you get
Your course consists of four days of in-person workshops, delivered on one day per month over five months. You also get coaching, support and 1:1 phone and email feedback on course work, plus registration with ILM.
You will achieve your qualification through work-based assignments in which you apply the learning from the programme in the context of your role and responsibilities, using real situations and issues. Aspects covered include building a successful business team; setting and delivering objectives: developing and coaching staff; communication and interpersonal skills; motivation and influencing skills; managing and leading change; handling conflict and stress; developing yourself as a leader and manager, and improving performance outcomes for yourself, your colleagues and your organisation.
Courses can be arranged for individuals as part of an open group or for an in-house management team. There are huge benefits from both options in increased confidence, refreshing existing skills and techniques and learning new ones.
